If a Durogesic DTrans patch falls off before it needs changing, stick a new one on OF THE SAME STRENGTH AS THE ONE WHICH FELL OFF straight away.
If requiring to use more than one Durogesic DTrans patch, and one patch falls off, to avoid confusion, REMOVE ALL REMAINING PATCHES APPLIED TO THE SKIN AND PUT ON NEW PATCHES OF THE SAME STRENGTH. Click here to see where patches can be placed
